Second shooting in San Francisco for Tim Sohn Studios

Second shooting with friends is something that I truly love to do.  It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and enjoy shooting from different perspectives that you just can’t do when shooting as the primary photographer. It’s basically all of the pleasure of wedding photography with a fraction of the stress. I highly recommend second shooting for a good while if you are considering getting into wedding photography.

I recently have had the opportunity to shoot with my friend, Tim Sohn of timsohnstudios.com. Tim is a super talented photographer with several years of experience in the wedding industry. I am very blessed to be able to work with him. I’ve learned so much from him just in the three times that I’ve had the chance to shoot with him.

This wedding took place in San Francisco at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church with a reception at the spectacular Asian Art Museum. What a feast for the eyes. Pretty much a photographer’s dream.

It was a beautiful chilly San Francisco summer day.

We are not wanderers. We are sojourners traveling together along a broken path, following the one who goes before us into the suffering and into the ever brightening glory.
